"fables of faubus" and "barstow"

as previously alluded to, i just penned a lengthy myspace blog post on charles mingus, in which i recall my college roommate bruce wade (who taught me more about _music_ than anyone else) and i singing mingus' "fables of faubus" and harry partch's "barstow." just stumbled on a recent "faubus" blog post at jazzwax, and this audio-only youtube vid of partch performing "barstow."
